Truely the best experience I've had yet. – I've been looking for an engagement ring for weeks, and it had left me tired, confused and frustrated. I went to Calvin's with the idea that I might have to spend quite a bit of money (mainly from reading some of the reviews about the beautiful designer jewelry). Very unorganized, and lack of customer service – Much to my suprise I was not happy with the customer service that I received from Calvin's, considering all the good things I had heard from their other customers. The person that helped me told me that she was not a salesperson and was "just helping out on the floor", and I was pleasantly surprised because I did not want to be pushed into buying something. Best Diamond Deal in Austin – Calvin's has a great selection of diamonds and will get whatever you like in based on your expectations. Which I really enjoyed so that I did not have to worry about a sales person trying to sale you what they want not what you want. I will recommend all of my friends to Calvins.
everything i need is at calvins – calvin's is great because they take care of all of my jewelry needs. they replace my watch batteries free of charge, they repair my jewelry free of charge and my ring cleanings are always done for free. i tell all my friends about them and encourage them all to shop with calvin's. i have never heard one complaint!
Best Selection and Staff In Austin!!! – The staff at Calvins was so polite and helpful, I will never shop at another jewelry store. I was excited to shop in such a relaxed atmosphere, they even provided mimosas and entertainment with the state of the art HDTV. Every single one of the sales asscociates was professional and knowledgeable.
