Unique jewelry and service – Laura Edwards at Calvins gave us excellent service. Without pressure she helped us find the perfect wedding ring that is unique yet classic. I highly recommend Calvins for distinctive jewelry that can't be found in a big box store. They provide very different products and service.
Excellent customer service – Calvin's has the best selection in Austin. Sandy was extremely patient and knowledgeable when taking care of me and my requests. The excellent customer service continues even after the purchase. I would recommend this store to anyone.
great customer service and beautiful jewelry – katherine was a god-send! she answered all my questions, was patient, promptly returned my emails and didn't pressure us into buying the ring. but bought it we did! and now we're going back to calvin's for our wedding bands. their prices are right on - the store is friendly - their sales people are awesome! and if you're in austin, why not buy local? better to support a local company than give your money to one of those big chain stores. the personal service alone is worth it!
Amazing ring, amazing service! – My husband purchased my engagement ring from Calvin's a couple years ago, since then we returned to purchase both wedding rings and have encountered the same great service throughout the past years. Sandy was great through the entire process and continues her commitment to us as customers to this day. I highly recommend Calvin's for anyone looking for engagement rings or any other fine jewelry.
Calvin's gets a big thumbs up! – When we picked Calvin's it was because they were convenient, they carried the designer we were looking for, and they had nice prices. What we didn't expect was the awesome customer service that we received every time we went in. We went in no less than 5 or 6 times while we picked out our wedding bands and visiting Calvin's felt more like visiting friends at their home than going into to a store. Its been a long time since I've seen customer service on that level. Thanks Calvin.
Such a beautiful ring! – My fiance and I shopped all over Austin before we got engaged, and we ultimately found our top choice at Calvins. Best Service – Customer Service - goes beyond expectations at Calvin's. Calvin has hired extraordinary employees. One in particular, Sandy Chapa.
