Brought my toddler granddaughter here on a Tuesday lunchtime. I needed a quick refuel so just ordered the afternoon tea It was a stale (and I mean rock hard) scone with a glass jar of cream and a plastic individual jam. The coffee was lukewarm and bitter Went to do a nappy change and both the disabled and the changing areas were closed 'out of order' The only plus was that there were crayons and paper for children. Didn't have time to return the food/coffee due to a tired toddler but it was pretty dire.
First time here...didn't even know it was in Sainsbury's in Ventura Park, if you want " proper Italian coffee ☕️ " this is the place!! Excellent food and coffee ☕️, definitely won't be going to Costa, took my hubby here...lived it. Staff were excellent customer service excellent, delicious Italian cakes etc - a must...for real coffee ☕️
My daughter and I eat breakfast here every Saturday we stay for an hour and a half and we never feel pressured to leave as there is plenty of tables for everyone. The breakfast is lovely and they even do me a toasted gluten free roll instead of the regular toast. Staff are super friendly and more than willing to help you especially Charlie who will go the extra mile to help

Very disappointing when hrs shown online say open till 9.30pm and they say "we are closed" at 7.45pm
