Lets just say that they are not as thorough as Cactus was in the beginning. They always miss something. This time was better than last time. And those prices have increased but the service does not equal out.
Poor Svc tires weren't clean a waste of $30.00! Would not recommend, highly disappointed, not to mention they couldn't find my keys for a few minutes!
Mister Car Wash GA Ponce broke off my grill plate with their washing mechanisms! The manager on duty DID NOTHING to fix the issue. He stated that since the grill plate wasn't connected to my car by the manufacturer, the fact that Mister Car Wash GA Ponce broke it off isn't their fault! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR RIDE....
Every time I go, something is missed. Usually the windows. I have to bring it to their attention, at which point they begrudgingly correct it. Sort of. Always smudges left. After I drive away, I notice other things they missed. I can't keep going back to have done what should be done the first time. Too expensive for a rushed job.
The service and attention to detail is horrible. I just had vehicle supposedly washed TODAY and it looks worser and to top it off they forgot to clean the back passenger seats. Canceling my membership TODAY!!!
