My car hadn't been cleaned in almost a month. They didn't vacuum thoroughly under the seats, but for the most part I had a clean car.
I paid $40.00 for a hand wash, but they stole my floor mat with the emblem on it. Never going back to a place I distrust. My love for them , unlike my husband and my children, is conditional. I got played.
The quality of the wash keeps going down!!!!!!!!!!
Had to go back because my wheels were filthy and there was still bird poop on the hood of my car. I watched four people stand around my car talking for ten minutes. When they finally called me back out, guess what? There is still bird poop on the hood and the wheels are still dirty. I say this every time I go there. This time I mean it. NEVER AGAIN. Going home to clean my car.
My car was REALLY dirty from moving several times, to having the car shipped from IL to GA. Thus, for the price I paid of $55, the way they cleaned and blowed and shampooed the inside of my car, console, cup holder, and all of that good stuff. I'm super pleased, bc I've been to other places, and they didn't care abt how they did. They spent a lot of time on my car and gave it the much, tender, loving care it needed.
I just went and got my car washed and waxed, and I was less than impressed. The whole front of my car was still dirty, they left bird poop, and in general it just wasn't thorough at all. The folks weren't very friendly and the salesperson didn't even really give me a chance to look over my options without rushing me and telling me which one to get. I will not be coming back.
