Really enjoy coming to this place and they are very friendly! I take both of my cars here and they do a great job
I will not be patronizing them ever again. There were crumbs on the console, the undercarriage was muddy, and the windows were streaky. Customer service sucks. The ladies at the desk don’t know anything when you ask them a question. The detailer became angry when I expressed my dissatisfaction and he was using profanity. I should’ve known anything that’s says express is just that.
Don't waste your money. They caused significant damage to my truck and tried to talk their way out of taking responsibility for it. The general manager is incompetent and completely clueless when it comes to having any sort of common sense.
So far the best car wash in Atlanta. I’ve using this place since it was Cactus car wash.
If I could give this place no stars I would because that is what it’s worth!! At 11:28am I came in for a 34.00 car wash, then at 12:08 p.m. I told the attendant I had to leave. For almost 40 minutes my truck sat in it’s place, while every other car I came in with, and many others after left!!! When I told the attendant I couldn’t wait any longer, he said ok and advised me to back my own vehicle out of this space. They do a really great job. Willing to clean up a most hideous mess!
I have the ultimate package where I have unlimited washes per month. So far so good. I don't keep much in the car so my car stays clean most of the time. No problems as of yet.
