Too pricey for the quality of(or lack of) cleaning
Not going here anymore. Raised prices from 14.95 to 20 just for a regular car wash. Time to find a more reasonable chance place.

I've been taking two cars to the Ponce location of Mister Car Wash for years. Prices have gone way up and service has gone way down. I doubt I'll visit them again.
I got the was package today n my tire well still had dirt n grass on the walls around tire..asked for manager..he said that the people that prepped my car should have cleaned that in the back ..and said i would have to pay for higher package THE HELL..you guys customer service suck...BRING BACK CACTUS CATWASH...NEVER AGAIN..LOST CUSTOMER
