The absolute worst since new management. They stole my spare change and a key chain that always stayed in my cup holder. Didn't vacuum all the way and left a big piece of chewed up gum inside my passenger side door. Went and complained and they could care less.
I got the membership, $59/mo unlimited car washes. They get u in and out and do a fantastic job
Paid $50 to make sure all of the dog hair was vacuumed out unlike last time ($40 last time, they raised their prices) and not only were my seats and EVERY other part of the interior not even wiped down, including smears of mud from the dogs being in the rain, but there were streaks of filth/dirt on the exterior of my car from where the auto wash sponges, or whatever they are called, missed spots as they slapped my car as it went through. I usually get my car washed near my home in conyers but decided to give Mr Car Wash a try, I used to come to Cactus when I lived near. I will never go to this car wash again, I got a platinum wash and had to go home and clean my windows and there were some spots in the car that when I asked if they could get them out they told me it needed to be buffed. Waste of my time and money!!!
Terrible since new ownership. Refused to clean my brake & gas peddles. Attendant said even if I purchased a 150.00 detail package, "no one is ever going to touch those".
It's ok but was better under the old owners when it was Cactus Carwash. The new owners seem to be skimping on certain things like using cheaper tire shine.
Not sure who is running the show here but someone needs to be accountable to the customers. Our child's car seat was removed and not replaced over a month ago and I have not been able to get a return call from anyone with the business. I just want my seat back!
I will rate it a five!!
