This is the most Scandalous car wash in Atlanta, Do not take your car to this wash or you will regret it! The Management there has no clue on what goes on at this wash and should be terminated for lack of knowledge, really no need for them at all. If anything comes up broke or missing they will just fire someone instead of fixing the problem, I had both happen to me and got nothing in return but some poor guy got fired... now what about my freakn car jerk!!!
They forgot to put the gasket on the drain plug after changing the oil in my daughters Suzuki and motor ran out of oil /blew up9300 miles later0.Mike head lube guy lied to me saying he talked to Suzuki dealer and there;s no way this could happen.I just left Suzuki dealer and was told what happened is exactly what would happen if gasket was left off.What a piece of work !!!
Mediocre, at best. Thoroughly disappointed with $85 detail job. Estimate was 30 mins, took 3 hours. Inside glass barely clean, back seat still had debris that i could wipe off with my hand. I'm not even sure they shampoo-ed as paid for. Upon complaint, they re-did the vehicle... Geesh, for what they did, I could've paid my son $20 and stayed at home. Tip: just get the $10 wash.
Poor at best! – The only reason I gave a full star is due to nothing less being available. I used to bring my car to this location often and they typically did a good job. The last two times I have been regretful in doing so. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke, but it turns out it's just poor service. Both times I paid $40 for the "super clean", which is supposed to mean they clean the inside and out.
