Do quality work for the price quoted. I am not a complainer but after reading 6 or 7 other folks who took the time to review this company, there seems to be very few if anyone complimenting their service.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & CURSED BY THE MANAGER!!! I took my 2019 BMW 440i here several times, my dash started to discolor. I advised the manager (Very short/ 5’4 White guy) he became very loud and started cursing. The police was called but my husband stated that he would return to handle it. They do not clean your car well and are VERY RUDE...Do not take your high end cars here, they will damage them & refuse to correct it... YOUVE BEEN WARNED!! I’ve been an unlimited member for a few months too many. My car has never been properly cleaned even with pointing out problem areas. I cancelled my subscription and will go elsewhere. Not recommended.
The worst car wash ever.
You know I thought it was gonna be better than cactus but NO! Guys there’s no price point on clean it’s either clean or dirty NOTHING in between! Who ever created levels of service in this industry should be smacked! Just beware!
I’ve been coming here weekly for 7 years. Suddenly you are no longer giving cash back to tip. That’s due to the fee you pay visa MC and Amex to do business. Now you want your customers to pay the fee with your “convenient” ATM with high fees. Bye. I would advise everyone else to speak with your feet (or tires).
