We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Good food, reasonable pricing, great view, loads of turtle's, a pretty good experience just a little slow.

We had a blast out on the pier. They gave us food for the turtles under the pier. The food and service was awesome!! The kitchen was a little backed up but we had a blast even though we waited a while

Well I am not sure where to begin. First off, I was very excited about trying this place and I was so disappointed with it. The service was awful. We were seated immediately but then waited almost 10 min to order drinks and it was not busy at all. For Cajun food it was so bland... I even asked the waitress what her favorite menu item was (Crescent City Chicken) which sounded amazing, but was just basically flavorless. First time to visit Waco. Buzzard Billy's you had a chance to impress & fell way way short of us ever coming back! 40 minutes to get our food! Got the Shrimp La Grange.....rice absolutely bland with crunchy pieces through out, hurt a tooth. How the heck can you mess up blackeyed peas? Your cooks managed to over cook the previously frozen rubbery shrimp & burned the bacon on the outside. Sure no one else has to suffer this stuff you called food.
