We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Yesterday was the first time my husband or I had either one been. We both loved it. Our food was amazing, service was great and the atmosphere was awesome. We'll definitely be back.
Had never been there before but got to sit on the patio for dinner-SCORE!- had a fabulous waitress-SCORE! Oyster poboy was delish And lots of oysters! Gumbo was a little thick but quite tasty... waitress even brought us a little leftover bread to feed to the turtles and ducks in the water. Overall wonderful time and can't wait to go back when we are in town some time.
The best peel and eat shrimp and hush puppies EVER!!! Totally impressed with all the food and the service was great. Will definitely go there again.
Food was good, not fabulous. Place was a little smelly and not real clean. Best part was looking out at the Brazos.

Really great spot if you're visiting. Possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had. However the fries with pulled pork and BBQ sauce were horrible. I told our waitress we didn't care for them and they were pretty much untouched but they were still on our bill. Other than that, don't forget your quarters to feed the turtles :) I bet this place is awesome at night!
