We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. We love the food, the atmosphere and the view at Buzzard Billy's. Have hosted 3 different guests there in the last three months and they have all enjoyed it!
Food was great, and service was great. My family loved the alligator!!
My daughter had previously been to Buzzard Billy's and highly recommended it. So we stopped in on the way home from San Antonio. We sat outside and enjoyed our delicious food and great service. We relaxed and watched the sun go down before getting back on the road to finish driving home to East Texas. Will definitely stop in again the next time we pass through Waco!

We visited BB around noon on July 6. The restaurant was not busy and there appeared to be plenty of people working. Our food was okay but the service was TERRIBLE � I really wanted to like this place because of its great location next to the water but poor service really ruined the experience for us.
Amazing food!! Perfect kick, great spices. Awesome atmosphere.. the patio is the place to be with a great view!
I have been going here for year. They always have good food and service.
Have been many times and over the last 8 or so months the service has deteriorated.....wait 15 minutes to even get a drink order taken....then went downhill from there.

Staff was absolutely horrible, no napkins or silverware during appetizer eating cold shrimp bucket! No refills in drinks, food took well over an hour. And it was not crowded. BUT the food was absolutely delishous!!! I mean real good. My second time there and both times service was horrible.
