We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. Real good service. My wife and I ate here during a get away weekend. The sunset over the brazos was very pretty from our booth by the window. Food was excellent!
I always go for the Shrimp Lagrange, was absolutely fantastic. We also tried the BlackBerry Pineapple Rita, I had 3. We decided to dine at the bar and had the best service of any place we've ever gone to. I could rate it higher than a 5.

Sooo first of all... all the people who gave negative reviews after our experience at Billy's sound like nothing would ever make them happy anytime anywhere because we had a great experience! From the hostess on up! Everyone was super friendly! Super helpful! and Extremely knowledgeable about the menu down to how the dishes were prepared and cooked. Our food was Fresh, Hot and Delish! Well I was really excited to get some cajun food, but was disappointed with it. The biggest upset were the oysters. When they finally arrived they were not cold. It took a while to get our food and drinks. It was very disappointing, when it came highly recommended.
