We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. We were so disappointed today... Our fish was "under cooked"...Left most of it on the plate...

Food was yummy!...had lunch menu item...plenty!....but I spent about half the time trying to get my waitress to crack a smile...still not going to stop me from returning!
Service was really slow but waitress was great !!! Food was good. REALLY enjoyed feeding the turtles

Great Food, Great service! :) Fun place and kid friendly, we visit Waco several times in a year and have gone to Buzzard Billys a few of those times, we will keep going back!
Loved it. Great food and drink. A little hard to find and needs more parking, but worth it all the way.
The service was pretty good considering we were with a group of nearly 36 people! The food was bland and just wasn't as good as I was expecting. I think Razoo's food tastes much better.

We had the Wings for an appetizer and they were great. The rest of the meal was just blah. The gumbo was thick as paste, it had decent taste but it was not gumbo,. The Jambalaya was creole based and was too salty. The blackened catfish was not good. This may be over critical BUT when there are places like Tourchy's, Fuzzy's and Alpha & Omega that are knocking it out of the park, Buzzard Billy's needs to do better.

Good food , good atmosphere. We came to Waco for a day trip while in Dallas. Our friends recommended we eat there. Being from Alabama , we have many catfish joints around. Buzzard Billy's catfish and shrimp were very good.
