The fried chicken sandwich was amazing. Exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Cool drinks on tap. And a nice tribute to Arnold. Well done.
The smoked fried chicken is legit. And so are the collards.
I have been to every BBQ restaurant, joint, and shack around and this place is exceptional!! The atmosphere was awesome, lively, but not too much, service was attentive without being annoying and the food is perfect. Make room for the banana pudding pie!!! You cannot leave without it and it is everything you didn't know you were missing in life!!
I wanted to write this immediately after my meal, but had to wait to come out of my food coma. Great vibe, great service, and great food! Started with pimento cheese amazingly paired with pickles, pickled onions, and apple compote. Then the main course - pulled porky goodness expertly cooked and seasoned, catfish - fresh, clean, lightly battered, flacky fried perfection. We ate the last night. It was phenomenal. BBQ beer mussels were absolutely amazing. Fried chicken was on point. White BBQ sauce was killer! Our waitress, Toni, was very nice and helpful. We'll be going back as soon as we can!
Brisket cheeseburger was phenomenal. Collard greens nice and spicy. All around delicious experience.
Hands down the best southern food I've had. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to stop and eat when in town to tour the Biltmore. The catfish, mashed potatoes, collards and hush puppies were simply outstanding!
I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was great. The white bbq sauce b&b pickles and pimento cheese was a perfect combination on a perfectly fried chicken breast.
Great fired chicken sandwich, great service too!!!
