Really enjoyed Busy Lizzy both prenatally (pregnancy yoga was brilliant) and as a new mum (park fitness & baby classes). Loved the flexibility membership allows, and that it included postnatal fitness classes for me as well as classes for my baby. Before baby I was a gym goer, and these classes were a great way to ease myself back into fitness postnatally as well as meet other lovely local mums. Thank you Maddie and Busy Lizzy.
