We provide a range of fantastic fitness classes for new mums, interactive baby classes and relaxing classes for mums to be. There is no need for childcare as your little one comes to the fitness classes too. Our membership gives you complete flexibility to enjoy any combination of classes running each week. Via our app you can simply book, cancel and reschedule classes with ease – giving you the freedom to pick n mix your sessions each week to suit your diary. It’s this flexibility that our members LOVE.

Busylizzy was my most used maternity leave activity. I used the exercise classes when pregnant and then loved taking my baby almost every day from the age of 12 weeks all the way up to 10 months to the workout classes and baby classes. It’s a lovely little community to meet others.

I cannot recommend Busylizzy Balham highly enough. The club took me through pregnancy and maternity leave, and I was able to remain a member after I went back to work as I work flexibly. My little girl absolutely adored the baby classes - when she was very little baby yoga & massage and then, more recently baby music - and I loved the fitness aspect and really do credit those classes in keeping me fit during pregnancy and then getting me back up and running (quite literally) post partum and c section.
