Talked with Steve on the phone and he patiently answered 30 minutes of questions. When we met him he showed a depth of knowledge and didn't have to use any pressure to sell us. The price was great and the whole experience was very pleasant. Thanks

From the moment we walked into Burlington RV, we received phenomenal customer service from every single person we have encountered. Today, we had delivery of our Jayco Hummingbird. Not only was customer service outstanding, it was accompanied with great care from each representative. Hands down the best around!!

we bought some chairs at the open house in the spring. They stored them for us until we got the camper out of storage. Very nice of them I'd say.

Purchased my Solitude 379FL from Burlington Super RV Center in Stutervant WI in April of this year. My experience with everyone there was great. Have been full timing in our Solitude sense we purchased it in April. Not many miles on her, as we are seasonal campers during the summer and then head out to Texas during the winter months. Like with all new things we had some items that needed to be corrected under warranty. Set up a schedule with them a few weeks ago. I had a list of 12 or so items, none of them real major. Our family was in a flash fire that burned my 4 year old son 2nd degree on his leg & face , my 15 year old daughter on her legs 2nd and 3rd degree burn, & my wife's face and arms and hands she had skin grafts done to her hands. I spent the last two weeks looking at used Travel Trailers both here and at Campers Wold Outside Madison. There was just no comparison. The trailers here were in much better shape and at lower prices too. Special kudos go to my salesperson Nicole, Rick who gave us a terrifying orientation, Mike in repairs who came galloping to our rescue to solve a sticky problem, to Roger who made all the financing very easy. Also a shout out to the manager despite the fact that his nephew plays for the Cubs.���
