The service department ROCKS! We bought our travel trailer at the beginning of August and there were a couple things wrong with it that we noticed on our first camping trip, but the service department was right on them and got everything fixed and we have never had a problem. We especially want to thank Tim, Justin and Loretta(?) I'm sorry I can't recall the name of the awesome service lady that sent out the rescuers last Friday morning(9-9-16). My husband and I just purchased our pre owned diesel pusher from Burlington RV on July 16th, 2016. The experience was phenomenal! Great service and excellent follow up. We 100% recommend them. Please do yourself. A big favor and stay away from this place. The worst customer service ever! Good luck trying to get ahold of any one specific after the the receptionist. you'll just sit on hold for ever, and end up hanging up. We brought our 2015 trailer in because it had an issue with the slide out ,and it just sat there for three weeks. We finally get a call back only to tell us they couldn't repair it. They just gave us the run around and wasted hours of our time. Don't let the big nice building fool you. Never again!... read more
Great people and service. They got us in and out quickly. We love our unit!
Never again will I do business with them. Drilled holes in my new bumper and dash, service manager said if it had a hole they could have used it . Guess what they covered it with the bracket and put 2 holes in it. Told them to use brackets and of course they did not hear that. Wanted to talk to the owner but he was too scared to talk with me. Service Manager was a complete joke, I will have to admit that when someone needs a camper they don't buy it at Burlington RV. Won't go into the story behind the Outback camper another ... read more

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your wiring install. The work performed was a textbook installation. The holes drilled under the dash to hold the break controller were in the exact spot recommended by the controller manufacturer and the holes drilled on the bottom of the bumper were where all wiring harness brackets with a similar bumper are located.
