We purchased a Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel from here and have been very satisfied with the sales, service and entire new rv purchase process. We have 30+ years of camping experience. This dealer is very thorough and makes the process easy to experience. I even got a few tips on storage that I didn't think of before. My experience with Burlington RV. I met with Keith (in sales) to look at a pop up camper. I liked it a lot and wanted to show it to my husband. Keith told me that if I put a deposit down (one that would not be charged until I bought the trailer, If I bought the trailer) they would hold it and would not sell it. So I gave him my charge card number and put a $500 deposit on the camper. I found out later that he did in fact charge my account before we agreed to buy it. My husban...Continue Reading
