The people were very friendly and everything was fine...until it wasn't. We bought a 2017 Jayco motorhome, took her for a test drive and loved it. We decided to buy it at a great price! We drove it off the lot and didn't make it home before it started making this awful grinding noise. We turned around and brought it back. We were told by salesman Eric it was a chassis problem and Burlington RV doesn't work on chassis'! So it was our problem now to get it to a Chevy truck shop to get it looked at. Friendly, professional, courteous. We purchased a Jayco from them and we love it! So, they go above and beyond for their customers. They have all kinds of options. Would recommend them to anyone serious about purchasing a camper or RV.
Just traded in our 2012 passport for a 2017 Imagine by Grand Design. Besides our two excursions to Burlington RV to buy our travel trailers, we have been there for window shopping and/or supply shopping on numerous occasions. We live in northern IL, but have kids in that area, so get there often enough to make me wonder where the naysayers are coming from. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. The service is not great. I been trying to get my camper fixed for the last month, and they keep giving me the run around. Today when I called to see about it, the service department made me feel like I was bothering them and that they had more important things to do.
Great selection outdoors. Come to their open house event in early March for door prizes, free seminars, and free hotdog lunch. Indoor play area for children. However they do not sell new pop-ups, only used ones.
Our salesman was Jim. He was amazing !!! From start to finish it was upfront and easy

I spent over $20,000 on a new coachman apex. The sales guy said this is a quality camper. On my first trip I find over 25 things wrong which they say is normal. I took it in they had it for 2 weeks and did nothing. I had another trip planned so I took it back and found even more things wrong. They have now had it for 3 weeks and all they have accomplished is to have an accident in the lot and destroy my awning.
