We bought 2 Jayco trailors from there. We still have the second one and use it every year, I think its a 1994. We loce it and live camping. I messaged you some photo of our remodeled 1994 Jayco we purchased from you
I can't say enough good about Burlington Rv. The product they handle is some of the best on the market in all phases of the business starter to higher end units. Tim has invested millions of dollars in his facility for all of our shopping experience. He also tries to have all of his employees trained to make our shoping experience. I am in the midst of speaking with attorneys about suing Burlington RV. First of all, I made an offer on a camper. They counter-offered. I again counter-offered at which time (in January and in a 2-day time span) Candice informed me they had "several others interested at closer to asking price" on the camper and that while they were willing to honor their last counter-offer to me, the other offers they received were actually for more than I was offering. We are more than pleased with the attention to detail and the impeccable customer service we received! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Jim was our salesman and he definitely knows his stuff! We appreciate your knowledge and you going out of your way to help us! We also met with Leota. She was very patient and thorough when explaining everything to us. We loved the fun poker game we played; it made our visit even more fun and exciting! Amy and Fred were awesome as well! Everyone at Burlington Camper were great. From looking for a camper to picking it up.
This place treated my family like royalty during our first camper purchase.
Poor customer service! No communication. Still waiting on that missing blind on our new trailer. Haven't sent out our warranty paper work and you sent us a remote without instructions.
We went to look but found the right "fit" for us with help from Jim. He was very patient and went out of his way to show us the ones we were interested in. Thanks Jim!
