Lee was very patient and did not push to make a sale. The seminars are useful and very informative. Especially like the brat / hot dogs on Saturdays.

Burlington RV is not like many other RV dealerships. They welcome everyone who is currently engaged in or those who are interested in the RV experience. Their RV training classes are open to anyone willing to learn how to take care of an RV. The most important part is that their staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and caring. Questions are accepted and answered in a way that anyone could understand. I rate them as a #5 out of 5. I highly recommend Burlington RV to anyone.
The hybrids (expandables) were dirty, moldy, and overpriced.

Kristin we don't sell pop up campers, only have in inventory the used pieces which we take in on trade. These are sometimes in great condition, other times not so much. Sorry that you were unable to find what you were looking for in a used popup.
Everyone we encountered, and there were many including: Andy Brzezinski, Woody, Roger and Jerry were extremely helpful throughout our entire purchase. Andy went above and beyond insure that the entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish. He did go the extra mile with his 'gift' in the master bedroom. Woody did an excellent job walking us through the trailer from front to back and shared his real time experiences on his many camping trips. We came in and had Jeff Ferkin show us around. He was beyond dedicated and understood that we had a particular vision in mind. We haven’t found exactly what we want yet but are excited to become a part of the Burlington RV family thanks to emma Falbo for recommending.
we bought from a private seller and called Burlington for service help. our refridgerator want working and both theresa and mike h in service helped is figure out the problem. emma in warranty got our kit cobered by refrigerator at no charge. thank you for all the help.

We just went to buy parts while on a camping adventure. Great experience. The best part was the play area for our toddler!!! She loves checking out campers and we will not let her go in the new ones, for obvious reasons. The revamped camper playground satisfied her curiosity and energy while my husband got what we needed. Thank you!
