Currently have my trailer in for minor warranty repairs. It was dropped of in March. In the two years we have owned it they have had it more than us. They are not returning phone calls or emails. My next call will be to the police. Their attention and kindness end once you sign on the dotted line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

I highly recommend Burlington Rv. They treat you like family because they are a great family thier. They are very helpful with any questions or can lead you in the right direction of service.
Update At The End BUT in summary, a satisfying end to a very frustrating start. After this conclusion and the way things were handled in the end, I WOULD recommend Burlington RV. INITIAL REVIEW: This may change depending on how they compensate for the issues but for now, I wouldn't fully recommend. Flawless sales process. We had a design issue with our 2019 Grand Design Reflection and Burlington RV fast-tracked our repair. Every one is very friendly and puts forth an honest effort to solve issues and make the customer happy. Additionally, the monthly RV seminars are fun and informative and by having these seminars it shows Burlington RV wants its customers to be knowledgeable about their RVs and camping. They never let you down. Their service department is tops! Thank you Patrick and Mike in the service department for always going out of your way to help us, diagnose our issues over the phone, being as prompt and reliable as your schedule permits and being patient with us. We have had a positve experience all around. I won't shop anywhere else when it is time for us to upgrade. Also Burlington RV policy is the mechanic returns all calls before leaving for the evening. It doesn't get any better than that.
