Recommendedfriendly and knowledgeable sales representatives not pushy at all it was a pleasant experience I feel very comfortable purchasing my next travel trailer with them.
We went to their big open house bash about 6 weeks ago and scheduled our 1996 Class C Motorhome to have them go through it because we were planning a longer vacation this year with it. They scheduled a day for us to bring it in, which we did. Several days went by without a word from them. I called to inquire on the status of our vehicle. We took our brand new Newmar coach here to be de-winterized. We had an appoint for April 6, and in addition to the de-winterizing we had some warranty work as well as install a satellite for the TV. We picked out the satellite a month ago so they could order it and get it all done. We dropped off the unit as scheduled, they had it until Tuesday April 23 when got a call to pick it up. Awesome experience at Burlington RV! Our salesman Bob was first class and helped us every step of the way. They Accommodated us a pick up time and date of our RV, which was very important as my wife and I was living in a apartment and had no where to store it right away! 10/10 for these guys! Rebecca Holmes was amazing to work with! Her understanding, promptness and patience, in regards to the work I needed done, was great! I was very happy with the work that was done. Rebecca went out of her way to make sure she was there when I picked my unit up, in order to make sure I was satisfied. My overall experience with Burlington, and Rebecca, ended up perfect!
The staff at Burlington RV go above and beyond to serve their customers. We purchased a travel trailer in 2011. Our salesman, Keith, still greets us with a smile and always asks how we are doing. Kaye at the front desk greets us by our names every time we come to the store. She is fantastic! We were there for the 2019 open house and was introduced to Emma Falbo, the parts manager. Wonderful to do business with! Great pricing, NO pushy sales people (Lee in sales is amazing), easy finance process, and an awesome play place to keep children busy! An all around top notch buying experience! They definitely earned us as a customer for all future purchases!
Had an issue with the island stone countertop in our Grand Design Reflection. The team in service was concerned with the replacement alternative due to different coloration. They troubleshoot the issue by reworking the original countertop and we are VERY happy with the outcome. Thank you for thinking outside the box.
