repeat customer, low ball offer on 1 year old travel trailer, showed a model that a.c. was apart and thermostat was hang off wall and not knowing why,would not work a deal but they would through in a free battery lol really. went to another place got 7 grand more for a trade in and worked with us with free battery lol no set up fees nothing. will never shop here again. They have had our camper for almost a year... it’s still not fixed, my husband has had to go there almost weekly to check on the progress... the way this place is managed is horrible! My husband had to tow our own camper from their facility to a welder to complete repairs, once there the welder told my husband this is not fixable and Burlington RV did not mention half of the problems that needed to be fixed. Their sales staff is amazing at getting things done. But I’ve been far less than enthused about any services we have had done. Appts booked months in advance, with a 3 week time to get a couple day job done, and they wait until the last day to even look at the job and find out that they have the wrong parts or need something else. We have custom flat doorknobs and it looks like one of the technicians didn’t know how to slide the big lever on the door handle to unlock the door and they pried it with a tool and bent the handle... read more
