We really liked the office and the staff, especially Dr. Jackson, but are concerned with both the location/safety of the officen as well as the pricing. We are looking for a dentist that does just the work needed (without all the bells and whistles) and does not over charge their patients. I am concerned with the pricing of the filling we received. $275 for a filling that only required 5 or less minutes of work seemed really high to me. The only thing I felt could have been done differently, is to keep a list of the most needed dental procedures upfront first. I understood everything, but I was suspect of how all the figures could be quoted so quickly to me on the first visit, without getting to know me as a patient first. Turned me off a little.

My visit with Dr. Jackson is always a pleasant one. He is very good at providing you with what is going on with your teeth and the next plan of action towards getting you that perfect smile. I must say that the entire team is friendly and show great compassion to their patients.
