I don't like the fact that when I called I stated exactly what I wanted which was just a re-cement! I was told 25% since I was a returning patient of Dr. Moore, I was told the visit is 63.00! Cool no problem but then once I co e back then u tell me I owe 75.00 for the cement! I'm sorry but I was very IRRITATTED with that bc I didn't have no EXTRA money for that simple 5 minute procedure! That wasn't clear from the time I called N scheduled!!
Dr Jackson was very Professional he explained wat my options were which was good, is Dental Assistant who clean my tooth was very professional she explainef every thing that that she was doing she is the best ever.

I was seen within 15-minutes of my arrival time. The only thing that I would have liked was to be told prior to cleaning that that my insurance no longer covered fluoride treatment and it would be an out of pocket cost. I never had to pay before in all the years of service so that took me by surprise. If possible, I prefer to have the same hygienist.
