I would like to commend the entire staff especially Nicole. She made me feel so comfortable...she kept my spirits up on our plan to regain healthier teeth and a brighter smile. I'm excited to have her exemplify her skills and techniques to help achieve this goal. Dr. Jackson helped to relax me as well during our introductory conversation. I love the office environment. People actually make appointments, and arrange time out of their lives to make them. There is a penalty by your organization if the customer is late, but nothing occurs when the customer is left waiting for extended periods of time. For example each time I have had an appointment, it took upwards of 3 hours each time. That extensive amount of time causes huge problems. Unfortunately, I now expect nothing to be timely when I come, and that not a good perception for your customers to have.

(Positive Comment) I called in to inquire about walk in status for 10/27/14 and the receptionist was able to give me an appointment the same day...excellent customer service.

Dr.Jackson, i now have been in the burlin family i think about 6 years,and i feel totally confident that i am in the best family dentistry in the local areas here in the stone mountain location.i am blessed.
