My only disappointment was not knowing in advance Nicole was on vacation and would not be my hygienist (she came highly recommended). The lady who did clean my teeth was very nice however she missed some spots and my evaluation was not completed. Otherwise I am Very satisfied w/my services(The entire staff)and I absolutely Love Dr.Jackson, he's the best and really cares about his patients...Thank You All!
After receiving the full scope of the price. I was disappointed in the price. I wanted the tooth that was loose to be pulled, but was too upset to have it done. I see my insurance is not any good for the work I need done. I did not feel that a bone replacement was important for dentures, and I did not want implants. I asked what is needed to be done, but did not think that it was this bad. My appointment with Nicole was pleasant as usual. She always takes very good care of me and let's me know she is concerned about the health of my teeth. Dr. Jackson and his staff do an excellent job.
Everything was great, friendly staff and they explained eccentric for me so that I could understand!
Was concerned I could not get teeth cleaned unless I did the deep scaling as recommended.
Torie and Nicole were awesome.
My dental appointment was very pleasant and the staff was excellent. I would gladly recommend my friends to the dental office.
