All staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Coming in as a new patient, I would have expected to have a full dental examine first. The individual who made my appointment, asked me what I wanted to have done, which I thought was awkward. In my mind, a full dental exam would have provided more options and solutions as to why I am experiencing my current jaw pain. After the x-ray was taken, a tooth that I had inquired about wasn't on the x-ray, even though though it was on the side that x-ray. Nicole was great as always. She explained how to floss my teeth and get the best results. Because of her explanation, I purchased the machine and tongue cleaner.

i was actually impressed, i'm usually scared of going to the dentist because they will find out everything wrong with your teeth and put more fear in you, this time it was different, just like my last dentist. And my hygienist was the best.Thank you Nicole.
