I have to start by saying that I avoid the dentist office like the plague. My experience yesterday was outstanding. From the moment I arrived to check in the staff was great. I was showed the office before we started and introduced to the staff and Dr. Jackson as I walked through. This put me at ease and comfortable. It felt more like visiting old friends. This is how you build a brand and keep people coming back. Thank you.

While everyone there was very nice and seemed professional it did not inspire a lot of confidence when I came in for a cleaning to be refused a regular cleaning, only to be told I needed a $985 procedure. I have never been to you before, you have not earned my trust yet (not saying you won't). I don't even know how you do a regular cleaning. I needed emergency dental assistance and they were very eager to help. I called around the area and they were the only ones with an opening. Not only were they friendly, but they were very professional. They got me in and out! It was awesome! Exceeded all of my expectations!

This was my 2nd time visiting Burlin Group. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My 1st visit is when I took my husband, which he loved the team. I must say I was super nervous and well frighten of going to the dentist ever again. Dr. Jackson and his staff made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I can honestly say after 30 years I have a dentist his name is Dr. Jackson.
