This is the only dental office I have had a total enjoyable experience. I have had reconstructed surgery on my entire mouth and I recommend everyone that want their smile to be their biggest asset to come to this office. There is a payment plan available with no finance charges. I drive 45 minutes to get here and have no regrets.

Cost of service was $49 more than quote signed which was unexpected. Also, no longer receive toothbrush, floss or toothpaste since cleaning are no longer considered preventive. I did get to pay the difference. The work provided was excellent but the other circumstances made my visit only average.

Burlin Dental gave me the best customer service, exceeded my expectation, they were phonominal. everybody that i came in contact with was nice, made sure i had everything that i need. They went over and beyond. Dr. Eric Jackson makes sure his patients are comfortable, he let's you know what procedure that needs to be done, he has patients, and after my procedure he called me himself, to check up on me, and even gave me his persona cell number if i ran into any problems or complication. Dr. Jackson and his team were so wonderful. The ladies in front office are both nice and encouraging. Tia is the best. The young lady that assist the doctor is so caring, she really made me feel comforable. Thank you again for your service.
