My appointment was overall excellent! Dr. Jackson was professional, funny, and gave me the truth about my dental needs. My hygienist was great and the cleaning was very good! I think the staff is friendly. My only concern was I was using a new dental insurance and was not clear about the pricing for cleanings. Although I was told one price with the Office Manager, I was was quoted another price with the Front Office. I also checked my benefits and saw another price. First of all, Nicole is Great! I would have liked for the Dentist to pop in and take a look and let me know that all was well, but I may have been because it was lunch time. Overall, a pleasant place to go for an unpleasant procedure. :-)

Large amount of money has to be paid by the patient. Only two payment - all or half,more options are needed.
