The staff was great. Dr. Jackson was the problem he came in and quickly explain a treatment I need on my teeth. He didn't have very good customer service skills. After I decided not to do the expensive treatment he refuse to clean my teeth. I have been coming in to Dr. Moore for cleaning every 6 month for the past 15 years. Dr. Jackson need to improve his way of treating customers. Nicole was an angel for me Wednesday morning! She was extremely patient by just explaining everything she was about to do to my mouth/teeth! And as gentle as she possibly could be. I really appreciate everything that Nicole did for me! She was nice and kind and just very professional! Thank a lot!
