I feel that on the patient's first visit it would be more appropriate for the dentist to speak/consult with the patient prior to seating the patient for service, not during the service. Whereas the practice is under new management, to establish a better dentist/patient relationship, briefly speak with patient(s) to show a personal interest. This will help establish trust, therefore, possibly an increase in references for future growth.

The music is very relaxing and the only thing that I notice for improvement is the conversation doing a procedure, with another sraff while they working on your mouth is a little uncomfortable, otherwise everything is great.
