I went to the Tire Discounters on Nolensville Pike in Brentwood, TN to have a nail removed and get my tire patched. I purchased these tires from Tire Discounters. They told me they could not fix it so I ordered four new tires. When they put them on they bent one of the rims and sent me out the door with a tire that was rapidly losing air. The manager promised to make it right. Their corporate office denied the claim and tried to blame me for something that they very obviously caused. They put my Husband's key to his car in someone elses car after having a tire replaced, which resulted in my Husband being without a vehicle to get home and without a vehicle to the work the next day. It took over 24hrs for us to receive the key back after they finally found the vehicle they placed the key in. They acted like it was not a problem that his key was placed in another person's vehicle, that he was without a way home, and no car to get to work the next day. New set of Michelin tires on my 2916 GMC Sierra at the Dayton Mall store. As always, Ben and crew did a great job on my truck. I have used this store for 15 years plus. They always take care of my needs and if there is a problem, they address it. Very pleased with the service I get there. Always enjoy the conversation, too.

Hello, I understand that every business wants to do what they can to generate business, but you should not try to do that when the services that you provided are NOT what was expected or what you told the customer to expect. You were two hours late on what you promised and did half the job that you promised. Why you would ask for a positive review is a little past what i would understand. Anyway, i wish you the best on getting your rating higher, i just can't help with that.

I bought all four new tires from you guys probably about a year and a half ago. I’ve had an awful time with them. They are the worst tires I’ve ever had on any car that I’ve owned. They slip all over the road as if they have no tread and are actually kind of scary to drive on. But it is what it is because I paid for them and I wasn’t gonna make a big deal about it. I recently had a flat tire on my way to work so I stopped by the closest Tire Discounters location in Hermitage (Nashville), Tn. I went in at around noon on Monday (May 17th) to check if the tire could be patched up. I asked to wait for the car as I needed to go to work. They explained they that it would be a 3 hour wait because of the number of cars they had in front of mine. I left the car there and decided to come after to pick up my car. Poor computer inventory or bait and switch by store resulted in instillation of higher price tires then requested. Went looking for white outline ranger tires as shown on tire discounters web page. Reviewed request with service manager, verified by discriprion and picture on service managers computer tires I was after. Ordered tires. I understand exactly why this business is not rated by the Better Business Bureau. I was a victim at Tire Discounters on Lascassas. I went in with a flat tire on May 7, 2021, and I left with a flat tire on May 7, 2021. The guy at the front desk wasn't waiting on anyone but did not greet me or even look up until I asked if he could fix my flat tire. He started shuffling paper and filled out a form.
