Regarding their store on Church St inNashville TN. On 10/6/21 we arranged to have 4 tires and free alignment for our 2018 Audi. We informed them that another tire store had the tires for less but they told us that the other vendors price didnt include the free alignment. I had my 2 **** Trucks at the ******** Location to get new Tires installed They agreed to provide Service and didn't notify me for possible damage or problems on these style wheels.9/16/21 during the Install they chipped every single wheel ( 8 to be exact) without informing me during the replacement They let me pickup the vehicles without any Notification We noticed the Damage Sunday morning after we more inspected the wheels and called the Store Manager the First time on Monday, he told my husband "I don't even know how som... read more

The worst experience Ive had in many years with a service entity! NorthBend location is horrible. I came in with a tire needing plugged as it had a couple small nails in it. Was told too many plugs allowed in one tire and they would not plug it. I agree with that call. They sold me new tires which I picked their best 4 ******** tires. Showed up the next day to have them installed and they didnt order the tires because they forgot they were to ask me for 50% down. I purchased and had installed new tires and a leveling kit on my truck. After having my truck all day, the service manager called me roughly 30 mins before closing saying the passenger side outer tire rod end needed replaced. Without question I agreed to the work and paid nearly $2500 total for it all. Fast forward 3 months and after making a right hand turn and accelerating, I hear a weird noise from my front passenger side. I went in for a simple tire rotation that was free with tires I purchased on a Friday morning. I then took my vehicle (Dodge Ram 1500 4wd) on a 700mile road trip. I had previously had my brakes/rotors changed about ****** miles earlier and had no bad indications. Upon returning from my destination I noticed a grinding from my front brakes. I made an appointment with the Tire Discounters in Hermitage, ** a week ago. Appointment was for 11:30 am 7/30/21. I arrived at 11:15AM per the ad on the website: Make an appointment and avoid the wait. At 1:06 pm I asked the front desk do you know when they will be taking the car back to change the oil and do the tire rotation. I bought the lifetime tire rotate and balance agreement from Tire Discounters after I bought my new HD truck. I saw the Eastgate location and it looked nice from the outside. I took my HD truck first thing in the morning when they opened, which was recommended when I called and talked to a representative the day before. *** was the one who wrote up the ticket.
