I brought my car to Tire Discounters near ****, ******* for (4) new tires and front-end alignment.When I got home, I found all four tires had an astounding 45 psi. The maximum allowable pressure for these tires is 40 psi. The installer had dangerously over-inflated them to seat the tires and forgot to bleed-off the excess.Tire Discounter's "before" and "after" measurements from the front-end alignment showed that only the toe had been adjusted. I had an awful experience recently. Here is my timeline of events: March 2, 2022: Car brought in for oil change, tire rotation, and preventative maintenance analysis (included checking fluid levels). I drove out of town over the weekend and had no issues. March 6, 2022: On my way back into town, my engine started overheating. I went to get brand new parts fixed that they said were loose and for a wheel alignment and my wheel still isnt straight and now a part that I had fixed is Squeaking already.

Took my truck in for a leveling kit. They asked for a $50.00 deposit. I called back 18 days later and they said they had no record of the transaction. Dont waste your time or money there. They are pitiful.

I took my car to Tire Discounters on Five Mile in ******** Township to check my battery.They said they checked my battery by driving it around and it is fine. My husband called back and said the battery and the alternator needs checked. They kept it another day and told my husband I needed a new battery. I cannot imagine the proper way to check a battery is to drive it around. I will not be going back there.

I have flat tire in my truck and I plug it so next day I came for a tire repair patch and talked to the GM of **** ******highway in *******AL they going to look at it. I wait 1h:30 minutes just to tell me they can not do anything so I went home check the tire again and noticed they even touch the tire they just seat my truck there so I call back the GM and explain about what happened and he hang up on me unprofessional

I came in for an oil change and two new tires. They didnt even bother rotating the tires and put the two new tires on the front. Consult ANY basic car repair or safety information and youll find that leaving older tires on the back is a safety concern. I didnt even realize that this basic step was skipped until the following day when I hydroplaned on the highway while it was raining and almost lost control of my vehicle. Had brake work done and the left caliber went out they replaced it, then the right rear went out so had them replace the left rear and right front so i wouldn't have any more issues. Then after driving around town my rear brakes overheated. Had it towed in and they said it was fine, its normal to sound like a banshee after new brakes and the pads to have some contact with the roters. Took it to a different place and had to have roters turned and new pads due to burning. No more problems. Not happy with TD's.

Had 11:00 am appointment in Cleveland tenn. took 2.5 hours for tire alignment. I will spend a lot of time bad mouthing them to anyone I can. This is the second time with them. It was worse that time. First time was ten years ago. I guess profit is the only driver for this pathetic company
