This was the worst experience i ever had! I bought 4 new tires and when I left there was a brand new sound happening. I brought it back immediately and they said it sounded like my rotors needed to be replaced. I went and got another opinion. The 2nd opinion told me I had fairly new rotors already on the back of my car and they probably messed up my bearing and rotors banging off my old tires! I went back to tire discounters and they swear that its coincidence! Worthless!

Debatably the worst customer service structure that I have ever come across and my job is literally analyzing business structure. How is it feasible to have the customer contact customer service and then wait 1-3 DAYS for someone to address your issue?? No wonder the employees act the way they do, they know the likelihood of an issue being resolved is very low. Arguably the most incompetent business model to include their employees. How is it possible to hire the most disgruntled and apathetic individuals. I went to purchase a set of performance tires, which employees should immediately tune in knowing that they return a greater amount of profit to the business. They proceed to snap my tire pressure sensors and refuse to replace them. After a trip to the dealer to fix them, I found myself at the price point I originally attempted to avoid. Do not fall for the “open a credit card receive a mail in rebate” from Tire Discounters!!! I got new tires in January and was supposed to receive a $100 mail in rebate and here it is May…. Still haven’t received it. I’ve called and called. Talked to a lady named Melanie R******* in the main office in Cincinnati.. she said she’d be getting it mailed out in March… now she won’t reply to emails!!! I’m livid.

I took my ******to TD for an oil change in October 2021 and without permission they added transmission fluid to the transmission causing an overflow. ****** has an electronic eye in lieu of a dip stick so without the proper equipment, which TD does not have, the level cannot be read. I left for a road trip 2 days after the oil change to discover the issue when a warning light came on regarding an oil overheat issue. my experience with tire discounters in ft. wright was great. everything was done in a professionally and timely manner. Love the skip the shop option. it is so convenient to have the car picked up and dropped off. i will continue getting tires and oil changes there.

Reynoldsburg location - went to get tire fixed due to screw, said tire had to be replaced, informed me it was $69 for balance, tire disposal and new road hazard, Informed him i didnt want new road hazard as I wouldnt be keeping the vehicle much longer, said it will still be $69 So basically forcing me to purchase new road hazard, ridiculous

As part of Road Hazard warranty requirements, tires with RH are required to have RH added back when a tire is replaced and is a minimal amount. While we understand that you are not going to keep the vehicle much longer, the coverage is required on replaced tires.
Tire Discounters on Nolo rd If no star was a choice that is what I would rate my experience. I go to get a simple alignment on 3/18/22 I call they say I can bring it in will take a couple hrs. This was at 1pm I drop my truck off I call around 5:30 when they close at 6 no one answered the phone after I called 5 times!! So I drive down there with a ***** of mine, when we pull in I see a employee pulling my truck out of the shop. When he passes me in it he floors it and spins the tires!!! Tire Discounters just tried to charge me $900 for a $450 part.When asked if it was common for a 100% markup was told autozone puts on their **** up and we put on ours! I got OEM parts from a ****** dealer for less than 1/2 of what they were gonna charge me for an aftermarket. Total customer rip off.If this is ********************** way of doing buisness I will never use them again!
