****** was bought by Tire Discounters recently. I have used ******for 20+ years and have loved their service and their honesty. No more. I took my car in to have why the Vehicle Stabilization Assist light remains on. I was asked to give an $800 deposit for “ordering parts”. I then had 3 people review their estimate and all agreed nothing had to do with the VSA light. I requested a refund and ******agreed to refund my $800. I called the store where I bought 4 brand new tires costing $768. The ad on the Internet says Receive a $50 rebate when you make a single invoice purchase of any 4 tires OR spend $499 or more with your Tire Discounters Credit card. I don’t have one of their credit cards nor will I ever. I spent $768 on four tires in a single transaction as their ad states, and they can’t, and won’t honor the rebate. I called corporate and they don’t care, so they don’t care about my future business. I won’t be going back!!!!!!

Our customer support team, as well as the company in general, does care, but we cannot provide a rebate since the credit card was not used. This particular rebate is paid by the credit card company so they will not honor the rebate without the credit card. We thank you for being a valued TD customer and we do hope to see you again when you need us.
HORRIBLE , did not try to correct there mistake which caused me have to spend even more money on repairs.

Took my wife's van to get two new tires - the spare tire was on the front.......replaced with two new tires and just thru the spare tire in the back of the van......Like **** I called and asked why and they said something must have broke!!! I said yes you are right.....your customer service!!! I put the spare back to where it needed to be.......Never will I use them again!!! Louisville, KY Preston Highway Shop GET BETTER!!!

Went to store in Hendersonville Tn. To get a plug for my tire. Manager was great he went above and beyond to help me get in and out quickly. Most definitely recommend Tirediscounters for all automotive needs.

My wife went to their website and bought 4 tires from an affiliate and paid for thr tires, mounting and balance. They shipped to Johnny Wheels for installation. We live 100 miles away so my daughter dropped in to make sure all was good and was told it was. We had an appointment in the area and took two vehicles to drop one off there. They then wanted paid to install the tires, refused to look at our receipt and the manager told the employees to load the tires in my wife's vehicle he wasn't messing with it. Went to store in whitestown IN store due to some vibration in the wheels, they said there is bend in the rim and need to replace two front rims and currently out of stock and need to order one and it may take couple of days once the rim is here we will call you but I didn’t get call for couple of weeks and then stop by on Saturday morning and they said due to staff shortages we missed to call you waited for 2 hours and employee said one of your car rim installed in some other car not sure who is that lucky guys have wrong ri... read more

They dont have a clue ur mechanic s changed a 1000 dollar fuel pump that didn't need changed but u people were sure it was the fuel pump 1000 bucks u stole from me u clam an charged me for a diagnostic that u didn't do yes never did or u would of discovered my distributor cap was bad 60 dollar part to fix my van U STOLE $1000 BUCKS FROM ME I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO UR SHOTTTY ***BUSINESS THANK **** *******

Beware of the shady practices at Tire Discounters, Jeffersonville. I am from out-of-state and believe I was taken advantage of. • The tires were sold at a substantially inflated price. • The salesman lied about the amount of rebate. Only $50 was allowed by Michelin, although the salesman claimed $140 was due. • The installation was faulty. The tires developed a shimmy on my way home to Michigan. It took my mechanic two hours to identify the exact source of the shimmy, which was due to improperly balanced tires.
