Let my car for 2 or 3 days just to have a flat tire replaced. They call me and say my front end needs to be adjusted so I give them permission to do so. $400.00 for just the two things. I let my daughter drive it from Tire Discounters so I wasn’t aware that it was driving like a tractor. Steering wheel was shaking, tire felt like it was going to fall off and then I had to wait hours to get it fixed. I know mistakes happen but a simple test drive as they should have done would have resolved the mistake. I want be doing busine... read more

Would rate this a zero if I could. Bought 4 new tired from the ****** Street in ********, Ky location, did the pick-up and drop off service, the mechanic dropped it off and the tire on the back went flat. Did not even get to drive it, already flat. Called the store and was told I need to have it towed back to their location and that they would "repair" it. Glad this happened, I was planning to get an alignment from TD and now I know I should go elsewhere.

Came needing an alignment. Left needing an alignment. Watched the whole thing from the cameras in the customer waiting lounge. The tech did not do a thing. This is at the *********, ** location. The tech shook the front tires a couple of times. Then got a long wrench to move the rear adjustment cam bolt to no avail. He needed to loosen the cam bolts nut first and never did. I took my car in for service on 11-9-21. When I picked up my car the drivers side door was damaged. I had the manager come out and look at it. The manager tried to tell me they didn't do it. When it fact it wasn't like that when I took it in. He wasn't helpful at all, wouldn't give me the corporate headquarter number or his managers name. He kept telling me they couldn't have done it. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CARE BACK TO THEM.

I called to make an appointment for oil change on a Monday. Inwas told my appointment was that Thursday at 11am. I show up on time and told I was not on the schedule. They were able to fit me in at 1pm so I went home and came back. Mistakes happen which is okay. I drive around for the next 3+ weeks and my oil pressure light comes on about quarter mile from my driveway. Had my 02 Rsx taken into the shop here in ********, got four new tires put on. my appointment was a 3 and I was told that the installation would take 1:30 hours **** I sit in the lobby for 2 hours and walk back up to the desk to see what's going on and my car was sitting in the lot untouched since parked because the alignment tech had to leave for and emergency. Tire discounters is very creative in avoiding their warranty coverage by making appointments then makig you wait 2 or more hours to just het the auto looked at. Don't waste your money with the people.

My name is ******************* and on 9/30/21 I took my vehicle in to have the water pump fixed. I called them on 10/1/21 and they told me my car was ready. I picked the car up on 10/2 and within a half of a mile or less of leaving the store the car overheated. I immediately called the store and they sent 2 mechanics. They brought coolant out first because the overflow was empty. They filled the coolant overflow bottle up, they ran the vehicle for a few minutes to make sure everything was OK. I ordered 4 brand new *************** Saver Tires last week. they arrived 2 days later.I made the appointment to have them put on my car today. I highly recommend Tire Discounters. they are amazing, they are professional and their price for the tires I bought was very affordable. I am very glad I went to them.
