I bought $1600 worth of tires ( 8 Michelin Defenders, 4 for my car, 4 for my wife's car ), and paid for the road hazard insurance that stated they would repair or replace the tire for 3 years from the date of purchase. My wife had a flat, I took the car in and they said it was unrepairable, and would have to replace the tire. They put a new Defender on, then told me I owed them $191. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought new tires and they failed to put valve stem covers back or calibrate the sensors. After 3 trips back and a trip to a competitor and a letter to complain we spoke with the Gm Jason who gave us a free oil change and had everything "checked and fixed." In the last month and 6 MORE TRIPS the tires are losing air and pressure every other day. I bring the car here and drop it off for 3.5 hours assured it would be correct. Worst experience ever! I had to take my car back 2 days laters because they never fixed the problem! I do not recommend going here for any car issues.
