Returned my truck after a repair for the tire light on with the tire light still on. They told me to drive it and it’s go off. It hasn’t went off. They said they were busy and didn’t drive it to bring it back tomorrow. Now I have to miss work to take it back.

Will not back their guarantee...Will not stand behind their guarantee...go someplace else. I have a GMC yukon that they put a fuel pump on and after installing I couldn't fill with gas...after 2 days of them dilly dallying around with my vehicle I decided to go get it and just fix it myself...their technician installed the tank with vent tube between the crossmember and tank and so when they raised tank into place it crushed the line so then air couldn't escape from tank when filling...I explained this to them and they origi... read more

bought a rims and costing over thousand dollars. Tire discounter ask for 1000 down payment to place the order. I paid cash not check not card my mistake. The rims arrived and did not fit and cant find replacement so we ask for refund. Refund requested Saturday June 6th. I called the following Monday Customer service stated it will be processed , check will be mail to my address and will arrive in a few days. I had a horrible experience today at this Tire Discounters store. I went jn to have my front tires balanced and rotated. There was a bit of shaking when my car got up to about 60mph. When we got the car back, the problem wasn't fixed. We took it back and the "master mechanic" claimed that our rotors were falling apart causing our tires to have bald spots. That makes no sense. He said we need new shocks and struts. My car has no shocks. He said I need new brakes which were replaced less than a year ago. And he said I needed 4... read more

I am leaving this review because I am very concerned with the consistent service I have received at the 078 Easton location in Columbus, Ohio. First and foremost their manager Ray, needs to be trained in customer care severely. He is extremly rude and a complete sore on this company. So let me tell my story. Mind you, I can't even get the damn manager to so much as call me as I requested. My car was taken to the newport location by a body shop after a car accident. While I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be, it will NOT be at the New Independence KY location. The staff there is unprofessional and rude and not willing to admit that the staff may not have performed their task correctly the first time. Then to add insult to injury the expect the customer to go to the back of the line and wait two to three hours to perform a repair that should have been done right the first time. My favorite place to get almost anything car related done. I've gone to the Eastgate location for years and appreciate the honest and quality service I receive. They saved me a lot of money over a repair that a local mechanic tried to sell me on when it wasn't actually the problem. TD is the only place I take our family's cars anymore.
