Great experience. Great service felt like my sales representative went out of his way to make a good deal.
These guys are the best. They know me by name and make me feel like there's no one more important than I am. When I called the other day to make an appointment, they got me right in and took care of everything my Land Cruiser needed that day. Lowell and Dave and the other guys in the service department are some of the best examples of true customer service I've ever seen. Great job guys!

Made an appointment and they still had me drop the car off and wait over 2 hours. The first words out of his mouth were I was late even tho he avoided me standing there to check in on time and add that to the service guys telling me to move the car about 10 minutes. This is the worst place to get you Toyota services. Avoid at all costs.
We had a great experience at Bud ClarY. My husband stopped in on the way home from Klamath Falls Oregon to look at a car there. I was very tired from the trip but they took great care of me while my husband and the salesman Chad did the negotiations and financing. This is our second car we have purchased from this dealer and we recommend them with the highest marks. I love my new 2015 Toyota Prius C and it's red too. Thank you for making this a great experience and we hope you all enjoyed your Christmas party. ���

I needed to go there for a recall service, which I believe they performed, we've been kicking around the idea of upgrading our current Toyota, but they wouldn't let me test drive any cars while I was waiting... was pretty weird. Plus they didn't even have any loaner cars that I could use while I waited to get a couple errands ran, instead making me waiting an hour and a half until the work was done. Also they apparently offer some kind of shuttle service, but not on Saturday.
