We have purchased 4 Toyota vehicles in the past 15 years. One from Clary and three from Toyota of Tri-Cities. I had a service appointment this morning at Clary for an oil/filter change. This service department is a disaster. I was informed that the wait time would be 1 1/2 hours, even with an appointment. Needless to say that my next vehicle will be purchased at Toyota of Tri-Cities, as were my last two. Very, very disappointed in the level of service and professionalism at Bud Clary.

What a gross experience we had when we tried to purchase a vehicle from Michael at Bud Clary. Archaic sales tactics were employed during our 'negotiation' phase. Thankfully there are more honest employees at Lee Peterson Motors!

I just saw this great commercial for Bud Clary Toyota. Reminds me of the last time I brought my car in to them for service. I was told that my tires needed rotated. I said "sure, go ahead" but was then told that it would cost extra for that service. After mentioning that most tire businesses provide that service free I was told that if I had purchased my tires there they would also rotate them for free. Last weekend I came in for a lube, oil, and filter without an appointment. The gentleman that helped me told me that it would be 2+ hours wait. I told him that I would make an appointment as I didn't have that much time. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment for 11:30. I am just now leaving at 1:26. Just about 2 hours wait. My question is, why did it take this long WITH an appointment? This is unacceptable!
