The service was very timely, well done and then to top it all off the cost came in less than what they quoted me.
I needed a part ordered and replaced when it arrived. I was notified of the arrival and an appointment was easily made for the installation. All went well.

I live in Seattle and it was worth the trip to purchase my new 4Runner from them. We settled the price over before the trip over the course of a few phone calls. They didn't have the 4Runner I wanted in stock, but ordered it for me. They beat the closest bid by Seattle dealerships by $1000. I caught a Greyhound out there for $25. I took my suburban in today for an oil change, the oil change was fine but they were checking my transmission fluid and broke the dipstick. Then they try and tell me that we did it, my car only gets serviced there and no one else touches it. Then they tell my husband if it’s okay to leave out the dip stick, are you kidding me. They then put the car back on the lift to attempt to put it back in, they finally get it. I was greeted by a friendly, charming young woman, who gave me instructions and directed me to the person in charge of the service on my car. The people were very nice and helpful, and I'm happy with the work. The time is a bit long--almost two hours for an oil change and replacing a filter.

The sales staff were easy to work with. They got the Tacoma pickup I was looking for. They got the color I was looking for in Oregon. Had it delivered the next day. This is my 1st brand new pickup I ever own. I would recommend them for sales and service

I made the appointment online. Was greeted very pleasantly by a nice young woman who directed me to the correct bay. Lowell, as usual, got me all checked in. I had oil, wiper blades and a wash. It took an hour and 45 minutes. I think that's a little long for oil, wiper blades and wash but the work was done well and my truck wash nice and clean. Lowell transacted my exit paperwork in a timely fashion. My experience has always been pleasant.
