First thing I tell the employee is the oil I wanted in my truck. After an hour of waiting (which was fine by me) I go to pay and see they didn't put the right oil in. He apologized and they replaced it in a timely manner. The thing that really upset me was the way they gave my truck back to me. There was oil, dirt, and mud all over my carpet and floor mat and I just personally detailed it myself. (I wish I could post the picture).
