Exceptional service today from Roberto Pena and Israel Godinez. My husband and I were visiting from Seattle and noticed a bubble in our front tire. We received service within minutes and the attention to detail was outstanding. They provided several options, with safety traveling over the passes being the main concern. Not very happy at all.. I purchased my car at your lot last summer and will never do so again! Not only did I never get the 2nd key to my car... I also never got my car detailed. I called 4 times about key and detailing and nobody ever bothered to return my call. So almost a year later and still no 2nd key! I will pay myself to have a key made... And will also tell everyone I know to stay away from your lot! Customer service after the sale is just as important as it is to get the sale... You should really work on that!
