Not very happy at all.. I purchased my car at your lot last summer and will never do so again! Not only did I never get the 2nd key to my car... I also never got my car detailed. I called 4 times about key and detailing and nobody ever bothered to return my call. So almost a year later and still no 2nd key! I will pay myself to have a key made... And will also tell everyone I know to stay away from your lot! Customer service after the sale is just as important as it is to get the sale... You should really work on that!
